@ken162008 On other point you should do with getting any vidz on ground fighting is to stick to the basic. Theres alot of things that look cool but wont work in a real match or street fight. Focus on getting wrestling videos that focus on how to take a bigger stronger man down the right way. Focus on getting a Greco Roman & Muay thai tape for clinch fighting. Get a folk style wrestling video for controlling your man on the ground. Lastly get a Gracie Bjj video. Look up Gracie Academy on youtube

@ken162008 Dont get this guys tape hes a phony. There is video on youtube that shows he dosent know what the hell hes doing. I will send you the link by private message. Notice unlike the Gracies clan, catch wrestlers Ken Shamrock, Frank Shamrock, and Sakuraba he never does live grappling with his students, or anyone else. If your interested in getting some real no bullshit grappling tapes check out the names in my video section on my channel. All these guys are legit.
