@Remanabera I can't speak for Tony, but were I to answer I'd say that the BJJ guys are very proficient at showing the triangle choke -- and since we try to get off our backs as much as possible, it's not a move we're looking to get very often (though obviously, to us it's essentially a type of head scissors choke). Knee bars come in to play, but again, lots of other arts show those -- with Sambo being especially well-versed in those holds. Heel hooks are heel hooks once you master principles.
